2016-05-26 09:13:04

According to the National Tax Bureau in Yichang, in order to serve the side-supply structural reform, match up with the declaration work of Yichang Zone of Hubei Free Trade Area, and support the construction of Yichang Bonded Logistic Center, the Bureau has been striving for the implementation of the tax-rebate plan. Till the end of April, the amount of export rebates transacted in Yichang has reached 207.84 million yuan, increasing 34 million yuan with a rise of 20% on the year-on-year basis.

The National Tax Bureau would practice the information management of tax in all-round manner and continuously streamline administration and delegate power to the lower levels. Since Jan., 2016, the Bureau has successively begun to implement paperless declaration policy for 133 manufacturing-oriented export enterprises, which accounted for 83% in those enterprises running export business. As for the self-innovated enterprises, hi-tech enterprises, the enterprises driven by transforming from scientific and technical achievements and those taxable service enterprises with zero tax rate, the Bureau has lowered the rating standard of Category 1 Enterprise in the categorical rating among these export enterprises. By implementing the differentiated management, the enterprises rated in Category 1 should go through the tax-rebate procedures within two workdays.

Meanwhile, the Bureau will carry out the new tax-rebate policy and optimize relative services. For the goods, labors and services that are applicable to the export tax-rebate (free) policy and exported after Jan. 1, 2015, the declaring deadline of tax-rebate (free) procedures has been extended to June, 2016 from the original cut-off date of VAT declaration in April, 2016. In addition, the Bureau will also expand the tax-related cooperation range and join hands with different commercial banks of Yichang to publicize the “export tax-rebate loan”.  (Reporter: Chen Xi; correspondent: Wu Kai and Yang Kai)
