On July 11, Zhao (surname) from Yuanan County stole a staff's wallet in an insurance company in Dangyang city, eventually he was captured by policemen within 3 hours.

　　At 11 a.m on July 11, Yuyang Police Station of Dangyang Public Security Bureau received a call from Ms Wei (surname), a staff of an insurance company. The policemen were told that her wallet was stolen and there are 900 yuan in cash, several bank cards and a passport-free shopping card with a balance of 6,000 yuan RMB, which was applied in a surrounding shopping plaza.

　　Considering the short interval between the theft and reporting time, the policemen believed that the suspect was unlikely to go very far and there was great possibility of using the card. The policemen were divided into two groups. One group checked the surveillance videos surrounding the scene; the other group went to the shopping and leisure plaza to supervise in order to catch the suspect.

　　At 1:00 p.m, the policemen captured the suspect Zhao when he paid the bill by the shopping card. Zhao said that he stole Ms Wei's wallet when he applied for the vehicle renewal business in the insurance company.
