On August 18th, Yidu city held a provincial training conference on standardized construction of family farm, briefed on the registration as well as the family farm directory information collection in Hubei Province, and arranged future work for the next phase.
At the conference, Yidu City reported its ways of strengthening construction of family farm’s standardization and informationalization. Since 2013, Yidu City has comprehensively promoted the construction of agricultural modernization by relying on leading industries, stressing the local characteristics, playing the advantages of resources and speeding up the development and cultivation of family farms. Up to now, there are 241 family farms identified by the Economic Management Department and registered in Industrial and Commercial Administration Department, with a registered capital of 259 million yuan.
This conference fully affirmed Yidu’s experience and its construction of family farm standardization, requiring that all localities should learn from this according to their own realities in order to accelerate the healthy development of the family farms in the whole province. Arrangements are also made for identification registration, business model promotion, information collection and other work of family farm.
