On August 20th, people of all walks of life congratulated on the opening of Humanwell Pharmaceutical in St. Louis, US. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yichang Humanwell Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., aiming to develop the novel analgesic drugs and open up international markets.

　　Humanwell company wholly took over EpicPharma, an American company, at US$550 million in March this year, which laid a solid foundation for Humanwell to open up American and international markets. Setting up the R&D Center in St. Louis was an important strategic layout for the group's internationalization. Humanwell pharmaceutical company in the US was established in September 2015, with a total investment of $10 million. On December 2015, the company was registered and put on record in Chicago Consulate. With the concerted efforts of both parties of China and America, the R&D laboratory was successfully completed, and instrument and equipment have been installed and adjusted after ten-month intense and orderly construction.
