　　(Journalist Gao Wei ) Song Wenbao, the member of Municipal Standing Committee and executive vice mayor held the promotion meeting of the work of Internet+ Government Services on August 1st. The meeting interpreted the implement solution about accelerating Internet+ Government Services model to benefit citizen through information. The plan noted that, through comprehensive sorting the public service matters and cleaning up various licenses, Yichang will achieve the goal of one receipt, one number, one window and one internet and one card.(explained below)And, over eighty per cent of public service matters can be done online by the end of 2017.
　　One List--- a list that refers to public service matters and the handling process; One Number--- the unique identification such as citizen identity card number and the legal representatives of the social credit; One Window--- the unified public information service platform; One Internet--- one service net, which covers all citizens and provide 24-hour and one-stop service to gradually realize the goal of servicing all citizens; One Card--- the integrated card, which can provide various public services.
　　Song Wenbao stressed that firstly, we should have a new understanding of Internet+ Government Services model and adhere to the concept of people-centered to provide convenience for the people. Secondly, information sharing must cover all the government departments and all of them can’t form information barriers; Thirdly, online affairs, service listings and optimization follow must cover all the government departments; Fourthly, we should strengthen publicity of the model and training the citizens; Fifthly, we need to enhance the planning of the projects and formulate the action plan; Sixthly, we need to do further research on technology, especially safeguarding the safety of the information; Last, we need to strengthen the leading work and move forward in a coordinated way.
