On September 22nd, 2016 Shenzhen International Biotech Exhibition, held by Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Shenzhen Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, kicked off in the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Fifteen agricultural product enterprises from Yichang made their debut on this exhibition, displaying 40 kinds of famous and good special agricultural products and 150 products of those. Besides, Yichang Citrus, Yihong Tea, HSP Alpine Vegetable, Three Gorges Chrysanthemum and Three Gorges Ganoderma Lucidum have enjoyed a wide popularity among the citizens in Shenzhen.

Hanway Agriculture, Wufeng Xingnong Vegetable Specialized Cooperatives, Hubei Laobawang Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., Yichang Yeshanzhen Food Development Co., Ltd., Yichang Shanguoguo Agricultural Product Co., Ltd. and other companies from Yichang have signed sales agreements of agricultural products of 0.15 billion yuan with business delegations from Shenzhen on site. Hubei Chexirenjia Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., Xingshan Qiaohongyan Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd., Yichang Three Gorges Tea Co., Ltd., Hubei Rensen Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. and other companies have reached a sales volume of 1.5 million yuan on site. Business representatives from Shenzhen have been looking for agricultural product agents and online sales from Yichang, and have established cooperative relationship with 10 companies of Yichang. During the exhibition, over 10,000 businessmen have visited Yichang agricultural product booths, expanding the market of Yichang agricultural products in Shenzhen.

It is known that Shenzhen Ecological Agriculture Association has especially set up this 2016 Shenzhen Biotech “Yichang Famous Agricultural Products Exhibition”, and allotted an exhibition area of 108 square meters as well as 12 standard booths to Yichang for the building of investment platforms in Yichang and expansion of its agricultural products in Shenzhen market.

On the spot, Tang Qiongying, in charge of the exhibition of Hubei Chexirenjia Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., told the reporter that they have successively participated in exhibitions organized by Yichang Municipal Agriculture Bureau for many years, and achieved better and better sales performance with lots of loyal customers.
