On Sept. 28, at the inaugural meeting of “Touring around the Xiling District” Tourist League held in the central activity zone of Mt. Yingpan, Xiling District, the “Xiling Eight Tourist Attractions” and the hand-painted maps of “Touring around Xiling” were officially released.

The eight selected tourist attractions include Binjiang River Park, Leizu Goddess Temple, the Yiling Square, the Yangtze River Section in the Western Gezhouba, Three Travelers’ Cave, the Gezhou Dam, Dongshan Park and the Ancient Buddhist Temple. Furthermore, 60 enterprises from 6 industries were granted the titles such as the “Top Ten Popular Tourist Hotels”, “Top Ten Popular Stores”, “Top Ten Popular Breakfast Bars”, “Top Ten Popular Midnight Snack Shops” and so on. In addition, more than 180 enterprises providing tourist services co-founded the “Touring around Xiling” Tourist League, and cooperated with “Baidu Glutinous Rice” and other marketing platforms to explore new modes for developing tourism.

The “Touring around Xiling” Tourist League initiated a series of activities such as “City of Carnival” Grand Food Festival and “City of Carnival” Shopping Festival from Sept. 28 till the end of this year. The hand-painted maps of “Touring around Xiling” will be distributed via various marketing activities or at the Tourist Administration of the Xiling District.
