On November 2nd, it is learned from Yichang Navigation Industrial Park that Zhou Zhengying, deputy mayor of Yichang, togather with those relevant departments of the city, attended the 11th China Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Zhuhai Airshow), and achieved the intention of investment cooperation with several enterprises.
In Zhuhai, Yichang Navigation Industrial Park has signed a series of strategic cooperation agreements with enterprises like Jiangxi Aviation Investment Co. Ltd., Beijing General Aviation (Group) Co. Ltd., Airbus Helicopters Co. Ltd. and CETC Special Aircraft Systems Engineering Co. Ltd..
The investment promotion will further strengthen the strategic cooperation of Yichang with those domestic and foreign navigation enterprises in infrastructure construction, operation management, aircraft design and development and system integration, and will achieve the complementary advantages and resources sharing, and accelerate the implementation of high-quality projects so as to bring Yichang’s navigation industries in line with the international frontiers and speed up the construction of the regional navigation operation and modern service center.
It is learned that the investment on Yichang Navigation Industrial Park is expected to be 150 million yuan in 2016, and the main project of the park will be fully completed in 2018. And according to the plan, a general aviation operation network will be initially set up in the next 5 to 10 years to cover the whole city by constructing 50 temporary taking-off and landing sites, 3 to 5 navigable airports, with 50 navigable aircrafts for field operation.
