11月3日，长江电力与湖北昌耀新材料股份有限公司战略合作暨基地公司项目签约仪式在夷陵区举行，双方将合作建设智慧城市综合管廊项目，项目总投资10亿元，一期投资2亿元。此项目是我市与三峡集团签订战略合作协议以来，双方合作的最大项目。
On November 3rd, 2016, in order to build wisdom city with comprehensive tunnel net project the Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony and the Contract Signing Ceremony of Base Company Project was held in Yiling District. The total investment of the project is 1 billion RMB with the first phase investment of 0.2 billion RMB, making the project the biggest cooperative project since the strategic cooperation agreements were concluded and signed between the Three Gorges Corporation and our city.
The Changyao New Material Co. Ltd mainly engaged in the production of electro-technical products and the research & development & sales of the products of urban comprehensive tunnels. Over the years, the company has expanded its production capacity by means of seizing the opportunity and developed fast due to the innovation of technologies and the off-site layout. The company, which ranked first in the industrial segmentations, has five production bases in Huanggang, Xiangyang, and Yichang, which radiates throughout the central and southwest China. On July 15th, 2015 the company completed the new three boards listing in the stock transfer system of the whole country and quickly became one of the top 100 companies in the new three board of stock market and has become one of the companies well known for the innovation.
To seize the opportunities of our country’s promoting the city’s construction of underground pipe networks and follow the Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy, Yangtze Power Co. Ltd and Changyao new materials Co. Ltd work jointly to develop the city underground pipe network business. Three Gorges Hydropower Engineering Co. Ltd. (Yangtze Power’s subsidiary company) and Beijing Changjiang Electronics Innovation Investment Consultancy Co. Ltd., whose total investment exceeds 100 million yuan, work for in-depth cooperation investment and construction with Changyao New Material Co. Ltd. in researching and promoting the city underground pipe net products, monitoring online, forming the new pattern of the city underground pipe networks. Located at Longquan town of Yiling District, the base for all kinds of precast concrete box culvert production will be built with an annual output of 30 km scale, making the largest base of comprehensive pipe net business in Central China.
Zhang Dingming, the general manager of Three Gorges Hydropower Engineering Co. Ltd., and the representative of Beijing Changjiang Electronics Innovation Investment Consultancy Co. Ltd., expressed that the cooperation was a successful collaboration between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. The two sides would give full play of their respective capitals, brand, mechanism and other advantages to achieve great success as to the mutual development. At present, the business of Yangtze Power has introduced into other countries, however, Yangtze Power Co.Ltd. still takes the development of Yichang and reservoir area into consideration. As Yichang still takes the lead in Hubei Province, there will be more access to the cooperation of the two sides. In order to achieve the win-win strategy, Yangtze Power Co. Ltd. would take advantage of more opportunities to invest more funds and carry out more projects in Yichang.
