On November 3rd, at the invitation of the Guiyang Municipal government, Song Wenbao, member of the Municipal Committee and deputy mayor of Yichang, attended the 2016 Guiyang Big Data Finance and Modern Credit City Construction Forum, and introduced the construction of a new smart Yichang, the application of big data and the practice and achievements in the construction of credit Yichang. The city’s efforts were fully affirmed and praised by the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Information Center and those relevant leaders and participants of the meeting from Guizhou Province.
It is learned that “the Big Data Finance and Modern Credit City Construction Forum” was a national high-level forum, which consisted of 18 sub-forums and lasted 3 days, and was attended by hundreds of domestic and foreign experts and scholars and urban representatives.
In the construction of a new smart Yichang, the municipal government always gives priority to the production, cleaning and application of big data, and stands in the forefront of China in the breaking data barriers and the opening and sharing data. Meanwhile, it has listed building a modern credit city as the main contents of the construction of a new smart city. And Yichang is recognized as one of the 43 national demonstrative cities in the construction of social credit system in 2016. So far, it has made obvious progress in the construction of social credit system, credit platform, and information sharing platform and the joint discipline of discreditable customers.
