A Contract-signing Ceremony of Investment Project was held in Xiling District On November 10th, on which18 projects has been signed with Tus Sound, Chutian 181 Culture and Creative Industrial Park , Wuhan Deren Science and Technology Develop Co. Ltd and other famous brands., attracting total investment of 5.27 billion Yuan.
Xiling District makes great endeavor to take in investment through three ways, namely, promoting large-scale merchants, establishing industry special teams and boosting project service. Earlier in this year, Xiling District issued “Notice on Establishing A Large-scale Investment System” and “Notice on Establishing Special Team for Six Major Industries”, pursing a working system that centers on “highlighting industry special team, holding zone responsibility and ensuring cadres at service”. And under the leadership and guidance of district-level leaders and relevant departments, six major investment special teams have been formed, covering intelligence , financial service, tourism and leisure, life and health, culture and creativity and modern business logistics.
Before Neusoft decided to develop its business in Xiling District, Lu Bin, Secretary of Xiling District, and Ren Wei, Governor of Xiling, have visited Shenyang Neusoft Headquarter many times to talk business over with its executives until its settlement. Xiling District has been endeavoring to form an investment pattern connecting the whole district and interact with each area. An information sharing platform will be constructed and the information will be released monthly and tracked down in the whole process by means of establishing reporting groups of investment information, work groups of attracting capital and the information distribution platform of investment projects. So far, 156 pieces of investment information have been reported effectively by 37 relevant departments in Xiling, forming an ambiance of “attracting investment at all levels”.

The eleven data lists, including making flow charts of those settled investment projects, the registration of enterprises and establishment and registration of branch companies, contribute to a high-quality and effective invest environment, which meet the standard of “ distinct responsibility, clear process and formal procedure”.
The government of Xiling District awarded the Letter of Appointment to You Dong, Chairman of Shenzhen Da Zhongyi Group, and other 18 members of consultative group of experts on signing spot. Now, the expert consultative group members in Xiling District have increased to 27, including first 9 experts hired on Wuhan Investment Promotion on June this year.
