She said that in the past one year, the development of the E-commerce on agricultural products has made considerable progresses, covering modes, categories, logistics, and service providers. In this year, Alibaba, Jingdong, Suning and other electricity providers will focus on the promotion of e-business of agricultural products, among them the “Ju Hua Suan” having launched a “Yitian” plan of agricultural products, which have greatly boosted the development of agriculture related business.
The “Taobao Specialties” of Yichang mainly sells agricultural products and crafts with local features, thus higher selling volumes are expected in the coming “Double Twelve” (another shopping day on December the 12th) as well as in the Spring Festival Buy early in the next year.
