On November 18th, Kent Selman and Craig Gillett, two experts from Mayo Clinic, came to Yichang to give lectures on hospital management to more than 150 medical staffs of Yichang Central People’s Hospital.

　　Mayo Clinic, with a history of more than 140 years, was founded in the late 19th century. The two experts introduced the modern management concept and management method of American hospitals under the topics “Patients’ Needs First” and “Patients’ Safety and High Quality Care” respectively and answered the questions raised by their local counterparts.
