According to the regulations of The Memorandum of Cooperation, the incentive system aims at enterprises with customs senior certification. These enterprises can enjoy six categories and 49 joint incentive measures, including easy access, inspection reduction, procedures simplification, customs clearance priority, decision-making priority and pilot reform priority. Joint incentives cover more than 30 major and hot matters in each field like customs, development and reform, commerce, inspection and quarantine, taxation, finance, and environmental protection and so on. Management incentives involve each department’s administration notes, which can bring considerable economic value and social benefits for the trustworthy enterprises.

　　According to Yichang customs, the enterprises with customs senior certification are recognized by the customs as the highest credit rating, and they can fully enjoy the domestic and international facilitation measures that the customs provides and incentives with maximum intensity.
