  On November 30, the centralized signing ceremony of the 8th investment promotion project, including 15 signing projects with total investment of about 3.8 billion RMB, was held  in new high-tech zone in Yichang. Zhou Zhengying , deputy mayor of Yichang attended the signing ceremony.

  At this time, the signing projects involved several fields such as intelligent terminal, software development and application, high-end equipment manufacturing, biological medicine and so on, at present Tengxiang intelligent terminal industrial park project, which was signed with the largest investment of 1.5 billion RMB totally, was the first cell phone industry chain enterprise with the integration of the research and development, manufacturing and sales in Yichang, and the project’s first-stage would build up 10 cell phone machine assembly lines and 8 main board SMT lines, after they all were put into operation, the product values could reach 1.5 billion RMB by 2017.   It was learned that in recent years, Yichang has introduced some leading enterprises of information like HKC, Joint Innovation Technology Co.Ltd, JELECTRONIC. INC. Smartdot etc, which produced digital terminal electronic products like LCD, E-sports PC camera, car DVR, display screen, table PC etc, the electronic information industry in our city has become increasingly strong as a new batch of electronic information industry projects were introduced and put into operation. Up to the end of November, 80 signing projects, the annual goal rising to 121% and the investment amount of agreement of 19.8 billion RMB were all finished in high-tech zone, in the meantime, 52 new signed projects of them, which were beyond 0.1 billion investment, completed 130% of the annual target and over fulfilled the all-year target tasks in advance.
