Tax Rebates of Our City Reached 0.84 Billion Yuan in the First 11 Months this year.

On December 13th, our journalist learned from the Yichang Nation Taxation Bureau that we had handled refund (exemption) tax of 84.371 million yuan by the end of November, which was the highest number in record, and which increased by 56.12 million yuan and achieved an increase of 7.13% of that in last year.
According to the principle of the Nation Taxation Bureau, they deepened the reformation of “decentralization, combination of severe and release and optimization services” and gave a full play of its function. They launched pilot management of “paperless export rebates” and constructed the new model of “internet & export rebates”, which achieved paperless declaration, electronic approval and real-time rebate. From January to November, 129 pilot enterprises’ refund (exemption) tax has achieved 687 million yuan by means of paperless declaration. All of the number and scale of paperless enterprises and the declaration of tax rebate (exemption) rank first in Hubei province. And they made sure that export enterprises declare, audit and rebate in one month.
The Nation Taxation Bureau also carried out pilot decentralization with export enterprises declaration authority positively this year, deepened classification management and pioneered a series of reformation of export tax in our city, supported foreign trade to accelerate development and serviced Yichang with the reformation aimed at supply.
