The most attractive outdoor activity in winter is nothing but skiing. This winter, the ski resort of Changyang’s Longchi Mountain will soon open to tourists. Currently, the ski resort, with an area of 7,000 square meters, is under intense construction. It will open by the end of December and can receive over 2000 people every day when completed.
Longchi Mountain is a small plateau at Changyang Gaojiayan Township. It is very steep, with a height of 848 meters, which equals a 280-storey building. The top of Longchi Mountain is sandwiched by two large peaks on the east side and the west side together with more than 10 small round hills. From a distance, it looks like a giant camel. There is Dan River and the stream of the ancient city around the foot, whose circumference is about 8 kilometers. And on both sides of the valley are mostly flat fields. It will be fantastic to ski in such a beautiful mountain. The ski slope is 140 meters long and 60 meters wide, designed according to the mountain to add more fun.
