On December 26th, Yichang municipal government and China Bohai Bank Co.,Ltd (Wuhan branch) held a signing ceremony for Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Supporting Yichang’s implement of ‘the 13th Five-Year Plan’” in urban area. Mr. Ma Xuming, and the bank’s president and secretary of the CPC, Chen Renwu, respectively made a speech in the ceremony. While Mr. Song Wenbao and the bank’s principal respectively represented the two sides to sign the strategic cooperation agreement. And Mr. Wang Juncheng also attended the ceremony. 
In the ceremony, Ma Xuming, on behalf of Yichang municipal Party committee and the government, expressed his congratulations to the grand opening of China Bohai Bank (Yichang branch) and made a detailed introduction of Yichang. He said, the sixth ongoing Yichang Congress of Party Representatives proposed that ten industries of hundreds of billions yuan will be set up in Yichang in five years, and Yichang will be built into a national model city for industry transformation and upgrading as well as a modern center of service industry along the regions on the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. That requires supports from a large number of financial organizations, meanwhile, it will provide wide wealth platform for all the financial organizations involved in the development of Yichang. Today, China Bohai Bank (Wuhan branch) has opened its first Hubei provincial secondary branch of bank in Yichang and signed strategic cooperation agreement, which signifies the start of comprehensive cooperation of two sides and will play an important role in promoting Yichang to be provincial sub-center of more powerful comprehensive strength.     
Ma Xuming claimed that finance was the blood of modern economy and important support of social development. Yichang government will try its utmost to provide best service of government affairs and create excellent development environment. He hoped that both sides would accelerate the implement of strategic cooperation agreement and jointly propel the accomplishment of many high-quality projects in the fields of green development, industry transformation and public service based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and win-win development.  
Chen Renwu said that Yichang is the provincial sub-center given special assistance by provincial Party committee and government, and it is accelerating the construction of livable city with good jobs, beautiful scenery, good learning opportunities and wholesome environment. China Bohai Bank (Wuhan branch) will make most use of its advantages and bring more advanced experience, better financial products and service to Yichang so as to push forward the development of real economy in Yichang.
According to the agreement, China Bohai Bank (Wuhan branch) will invest no less than 20 billion RMB of intentionally integrated financing in key construction projects, enterprises and projects for people's well-being in Yichang during the “13th Five-Year Plan”.（Reporter：Zheng Guanghua）
