It was learnt on Jan. 4 from Yichang Quality Supervision Bureau that Yichang had owned 136 provincial famous brands by the end of 2016, ranking the first in Hubei province.
In 2016, five enterprises of Yichang were nominated for the third Yichang Quality Awards and three of them had the honor to win the awards; Yidu Industrial Zone had been accepted as demonstration area of provincial famous brands; the demonstration area of National Fine Phosphorus Chemical Industry had applied for the acceptance check from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine; And Wufeng Tea Industry had been short-listed as demonstration area of national famous brands by the Reviewing Verification Group.
