Recently, Cui Zhongfu, the vice chairman and secretary general of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, Yang Guodong, the Evaluation Office Director, Zhang Xuejun, the president of Hubei Modern Logistics Promotion Association, Liu Qin, the deputy director of the Evaluation Office, and other experts in the evaluation group, came to Yichang to conduct on-site assessments on Ansa Logistics Enterprise. This assessment can decide whether the Logistics Enterprise can be awarded with 5A. Ren Xiaojun and Jiang Hua, the director and deputy director of the Municipal Logistics Bureau attached importance to this assessment and participated in it.
     A-level logistics enterprises are divided into three types and five levels. The three types are transport-based, storage-based, integrated services-based, and 5A is the highest level of all the levels. According to the National Classification and Evaluation Index of Logistics Enterprises,
the evaluation group carried out an item-by-item audit on Ansa’s operational status, assets, equipment and facilities, management and services, personnel quality and level of IT application.
A site inspection was also conducted on Yihua customs supervision warehouse, logistics center, bulk transport yard, operating terminals and other logistics station. 　　
     At the summing-up meeting of the evaluation, the evaluation team members unanimously agree that Ansa Logistics Enterprise has met the standard of 5A logistics enterprises and think highly of the scientific information management platform, sound management mode and excellent management team of the enterprise. In the end, some suggestions are given to Ansa Logistics Enterprise. And it is expected to be an outstanding integrated logistics enterprise in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River by the active use of modern information technology. Thus Ansa has successfully passed the on-site assessment, marking the first 5A logistics enterprise is awarded in Yichang.
    Since 2016, the Municipal Logistics Department has been regarding filling in the blank of 5A logistics enterprises as a key task and proposed "Qianbaishi" logistics enterprise cultivation target in the "13th Five Year Plan". On the basis of the thorough investigation of the status quo of the logistics enterprises in the whole city, "Three Class Declaration Service Process" and "Key Cultivation Library" for the whole city's A-class logistics enterprises are established to find out difficulties for creating A-class logistics enterprises. Through training sessions, symposiums and other ways to enhance the publicity of standards and declaration guidance of A-class logistics enterprises, the Municipal Logistics Department has selected out three logistics enterprises with larger scale, better benefits and stronger impetus as the key cultivation objects for 5A-class logistics enterprises. Besides, the Municipal Logistics Department has given more favorable policies in the development and project application of the three logistics enterprises to encourage them to become larger and stronger.
　　Since 2005, the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing has followed the national standard― "Classification and Evaluation Indicators for Logistics Enterprises" to evaluate and appraise A-class logistics enterprises, which has now become the highest standard for assessing logistics enterprises in China. At present, there are 3,968 A-class logistics enterprises in the whole country, consisting of only 240 5A logistics enterprises nationwide. There are only 11 5A logistics enterprises in Hubei Province.
