Intelligent Agriculture Assisted Yiling Area in Signing a Massive Deal of 0.32 Billion RMB

It was known that yesterday ecological special purchases for spring festival became a bright scenery in Yiling area on the 2017 Shanghai Spring Big Exhibition of Agricultural Products which was just closed and that attracted more than 300 enterprises all over the country including over 1500 kinds of superior agricultural by-products participating in the exhibition. During this period , a big deal of 0.32 billion RMB was totally signed by “Yiling Red” citrus of Yiling XingXiang professional cooperative of agricultural products, ecological vegetables of YinJiaping vegetable professional cooperative and DengCun fermented bean curd of DengCun sauce and pickle food.
Because of many superior titles like National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area, National Export’s Quality and Safety of Tea and Citrus Demonstration Area, National Demonstration Zone of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism etc., Yiling ecological agricultural products were sold well. Agricultural bureau of Yiling area was putting effort into creating agricultural new four modernizations which were composed of agricultural facilities and equipment information, the automatic operation of the agricultural technology, agricultural management network, the standardization of agricultural services, and the traditional agriculture was aimed at being transferred into “Intelligent Agriculture” gradually with the ecological agricultural production of high quality supported by the concept of informational technology first.
In 2016, some information service platforms such as the “Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers Channel” website, “Orange City and Tea Village in China” WeChat public number, “Yiling Agricultural Condition” official micro blog, cellphone application “Agro-Technique” and several WeChat communication groups were opened by agricultural bureau of Yiling area, which resulted in the information sharing and communication among the farmers, the agricultural technical staff and the competent agricultural department. And just over 100 massages including agricultural policies, technological information, pest control and prevention, and agricultural products sales were announced on the “Orange City and Tea Village in China” WeChat public number, whose audiences were up to 100 thousand people.
At present, “Intelligent Agriculture” in Yiling area was being constructed actively, which mainly includes three aspects consisting of the information building, the internet of things’ building and the smart supervision system’s building. By the end of this year, 5 pilot usage sites of agricultural internet of things and 1 demonstration zone of “Intelligent Agriculture” were planned to be completed, to make true comprehensively various functions come like disaster warning, emergency production, quality tracking supervision, linkage between the production and sales etc., and to bring a qualitative leap to the agriculture of whole area.
