The Industry and Commerce Bureau of Yichang accommodates the Free Trade Area four rights including foreign enterprises registration, pre-approval of the province-named enterprises, chattel mortgage and advertising business registration. At present, industrial and commercial sector of China (Hubei) Free Trade Zone Yichang Area is entitled to all registration affairs. The names and domiciles of the main business entities which belong to the free trade area are supposed to be marked with the Chinese characters “China (Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone” (Other characters are unwarrantable). The icon of the Free Trade Area and Chinese characters “China (Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone Yichang area” should be marked on the upper left corner of the business license of those enterprises.
