At 9 o’clock on June 9, the 9th Tourism Expo of Central China and the 2nd Tourism Expo of Yangtze River (hereinafter referred to as the Tourism Expo of Yangtze River) was inaugurated royally in the International Expo Center of Wuhan. All the tourist enterprises and organizations from different places (including the tourism destination cities and scenic spots of Hubei province, most of the domestic provinces and municipalities, more than 20 countries and regions of the world) gathered there, enjoying the beautiful natural scenery and the vast territory of Hubei province.

　　At this Tourism Expo of Yangtze River, there are five special tourism exhibition booths (including the Three Gorges Dam, the Three Gorges Family, the Qingjiang Gallery, the Qu Yuan Hometown and the Chexi Scenic Spot) and 12 standard booths for other tourist enterprises from the districts and counties of Yichang. The unique tourism resources of Yichang, such as the abundant hydropower resources, the fascinating scenery, diversified ethnic culture and abundant historical information, were vividly shown via the live promotion and performance, attracting plenty of participants to the exhibition booth to take photos and consult the information of those scenic spots(Reporter Wang Ying ; Correspondent Li Kan, Peng Shiqi)
