The evening of June 12 saw the grand opening ceremony of the World’s Super-model Competition in Yichang. Super-models from more than 30 countries (including France, Brazil, Russia, New Zealand and China) were present in the ceremony, enjoying the splendid culture of Three Gorges. Wang Guobin and Wang Yinghua, the municipal leaders of Yichang attended the ceremony.

　　During the ceremony, 30 super-models in national evening dresses debuted on the T-station, where the gentle and strength bloomed at same time, long history intertwined with modernization as the restoration of a world civilization history. It’s a fashion show with a strong visual impact and perfect interpretation, which makes the audiences feel the fashion without borders.

　　It is reported that the finals awards ceremony will be held in June 16 in the Qiusuo & Innovation Center where the super-models can fully experience Yichang from the perspective of the world. This competition will unfold the beauty, fashion and enthusiasm of Yichang for the audiences all over the world, which will further boost the development of cultural tourism of Three Gorges and the culture of fashion industry in Yichang.
