Six enterprises in Yichang free trade area, Hubei, China, obtain benefits from "Reform of Business Registration", and get Certificate of Customs Declaration Registration issued by the Yichang customs, as of June 19th.

　　 The registration of the customs declaration is composed of the registration of the customs declaration enterprises and the registration of the consignees and consigners of the import and export goods. A customs declaration enterprise may handle the customs declaration business after the registration has been managed by the customs directly under the local authority or the subordinate customs office. The consignee and consigner of the import and export goods may register directly at the local customs office.

　　 The procedures to register of enterprises of free trade area are simplified, which are handled directly by on-site handling customs officers saving 1-3 days compared with the time that those enterprises in non-FTA to register.

　　 Shenzhen ITIC Hubei Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. was awarded the first Certificate of Customs Declaration Registration issued by the Yichang free trade area. The company manager said: “It only takes half an hour to manage the Certificate of Customs Declaration Registration, which is very convenient.”

　　 "Reform of Business Registration” is one of the 28 innovative measures issued by the Wuhan Customs Administration to boost the construction and development of the Hubei free trade area. The specific content is that the registration of the consignees and consigners of the import and export goods in FTA trial area is handled by the on-site handling customs officers directly, and enterprises to register are awarded the Certificate of Customs Declaration Registration on the spot based on completed data and in?compliance?with?the?prescribed form.
