An ambulance sped to Dongshan Tunnel from Fazhan Avenue at 7:46 p. m. on July 10th, only to be trapped in a traffic jam. Yet, when the ambulance siren sounded, a “life passage” was made as more than 50 cars also stuck in the tunnel began to move sideward one by one. And the ambulance was soon out of the tunnel.

　　 On July 11th, when the traffic police in the brigade command office of High-tech Zone examined the traffic monitoring videos of the tunnel, he found that at the night of July 10th, an ambulance drove into Dongshan Tunnel and was blocked by many waiting cars.
