The new top ten scenic spots of Three Gorges was unveiled on July 10 when the initiative of “Protect the Yangtze River and care for the Three Gorges to make the mother river always pretty.” was announced at the establishment ceremony of New Three Gorges Cultural Tourism Industry Alliance.

　　 The new top ten scenic spots include the Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot in Yichang city, Hubei province; Three Gorges Harbor International Tourism Resort in Zhongxian county, Chongqing municipality; Shennong Stream Scenic Spot in Badong county, Hubei province; Hanfeng Lake Scenic Spot in Kaizhou district, Chongqing municipality; Huangshui Scenic Spot in Shizhu county, Chongqing municipality; Ghost Town Scenic Spot in Fengdu county, Chongqing municipality; Three Gorges Dam in Yichang city, Hubei province; the Goddess Scenic Spot in Wushan county, Chongqing municipality; Wanzhou District in Chongqing municipality and Qutang Gorge Scenic Spot in Chongqing municipality.

　　 The camera crew for New Three Gorges (a large Ultra HD documentary and a 3D documentary film) designed and assembled over 40 experts, scholars and media staff to elect the new top ten scenic spots of Three Gorges on the basis of on-the-spot inspections.
