On July 25th, Bailihuang alpine grassland tourist area is officially approved as the national 4A scenic spot by the district government in the conference on creation and promotion of global tourism demonstration zone held by Yiling District People's Government making it another major “name card" in West Hubei Tourism Circle. In March this year, Bailihuang alpine grassland tourist area, recommended by city tourist scenic spot quality assessment board and evaluated by Hubei province scenic spot quality rating committee, was officially approved as the national 4A scenic spot through online publicity.

　　Bailihuang alpine grassland tourist area is located in Fenxiang town, Yiling district; it started upgrading construction in July 2013 and 4A primary evaluation by provincial tourism committee in June 2015. It took three years and an investment of more than 300 million Yuan; after repeated improvement and promotion, hardware facilities and service quality in the scenic spot are in an all-round way.

　　Recently, more and more tourists come to the spot to spend a cool summer, seeing big needs for hotels and tent camping. "Go to Bailihuang when it's hot" has become the pet phrase among Hubei tourists. Bailihuang has become a new place to enjoy the cool summer for tourists in Yichang, Wuhan and even the whole Hubei province.

　　At the same time, in July 24th, the spot has officially been included in the scope of the Yichang Three Gorges Tourism Year Card. After that, all tourists can play in Bailihuang with Yichang Three Gorges Tourism Year Card (Labor Day and National Day unavailable). VIP card issued by the scenic area can still be used (Labor Day and National day available) and more discount to be enjoyed after recharging.
