Li Ruilin, general manager of its parent company, Yichang Branch Company of Tiankun Global, said pleasantly: “It takes only more than ten minutes to get the license, what unprecedented efficiency it is!” Xiang Qingsong from the Yichang High-tech Zone Industrial and Commercial Sub-bureau explains that in accordance with “the Implementation Guidelines on the Promotion of Provincial ‘More certificates in One’” Reform, the bureau has made a further integration of the 22 registration and filing items of the 8 administrative departments (they are exit-entry quarantine, public security, housing, tourism, culture, commerce, transportation and food and drug regulation) on the basis of the original “Five Certificates in One” license consisting of “Business License”, “Organization Code Certificate”, “Tax Registration Certificate”, “Social Insurance Registration Certificate” and “Statistics Registration Certificate” already acquired by enterprises and farmers’ professional cooperatives, and the “Two-certificates’ Integration” of “Business License” and “Tax Registration Certificate” acquired by self-employed industrialists and businessmen, and finally achieved the result of “27 Certificates in One” by getting enterprise information with only one collection and realizing its one file management and mutual recognition and sharing, through “one set of materials, one registration table, one acceptance window and one abutting joint”.
