　　 The delegation attended the Overseas High - level Talent of Hubei Province Symposium (in Moscow), at which Angel Company, as the main enterprise to attract talents, made an important introduction speech about the company's talent policy, talent needs and the situation of company’s factory in Russia. Meanwhile, Yichang city and the Seminar of Chinese Students and Scholars in Russia hosted the signing ceremony of “Talent Workstation” of Yichang City in Russia and the talent symposium, in which both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement of Yichang Talent Workstation in Russia. According to the agreement, Yichang would rely on the talent resources of the Seminar of Chinese Students and Scholars in Russia, and have an all-round cooperation on personnel introduction, training, talent resources consulting services, and other types of personnel activities. At the meeting, three high-level talents reached a talent introduction agreement with Angle Company in Russia and built a WeChat-Group of reserve talent of Yichang City in Russia, and 62 people with a doctorate degree reached an agreement with Yichang.

　　In Belarus, the delegation visited the government officials including Chairman of the Executive Committee of Baranovichi City. The two sides made in-depth explorations about personnel exchange and cooperation. In addition, the delegation also had an extensive communication with the city's business representatives on product R&D, market development, personnel training, etc... They visited the Baranovichi City Maternity Hospital for more information about the local experience and practice of medical and health personnel construction. In the meantime, the Municipal Talent Office also signed a Talent Cooperation Agreement with Baranovichi National University. The two sides agreed to establish communication and exchange mechanism, including students exchange, and experts’ recommendation on conducting lectures, counseling and academic reports.

　　In Israel, the delegation inspected the Israel Aquatic Products Technology Co., Ltd., and talked about the fishery production management, fishery cycle aquaculture system development, fishery science & technology personnel training and other issues. They paid a visit to Sheenan Harpaz, president of the Israeli Agricultural Research Institute, while exploring the dairy cattle breeding shed and aquaculture laboratory, probing into the greenhouse and fish farming advanced technology. Yichang Yuyi Fishery Technology Co., Ltd. and Israel Company KORA delved into the “Memorandum of Understanding on Modern Agriculture Cooperation in Freshwater Fish Farming Project Framework Agreement”, the preliminary design of aquaculture project and the specific plan for Yichang’s investment on intensive fishing grounds construction, which marked the official start of the Sino-Israeli fisheries cooperation project in Yichang.

　　During the tour, the delegation also visited the Lipetsk Obl. Government of Russia and held a friendly meeting with government officials like Vice Governor Taran. They carried out a site inspection on Angel Russia factory, hoping to learn the progress of the company's construction, local staff employment and training, and the Russian party branch of the construction work.
