In the recently-launched 4th China Tea Conference, two tea gardens in Yichang were honored to be on the list of Top Thirty Most Beautiful Tea Gardens of China, awarded by both the Tea Industry Committee of China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation and the Tourism Cooperation Committee of China Society of Cooperative Economics. They were Yuyuan Tea and Zen Culture Experience Garden from Chenxirenjia Agricultural Cooperative in Dianjun district and Qinglinggang Ecological Tea Garden from Caihua Tea Company.

　　Located in the Hualishu village of Tucheng town in Dianjun District, the Yuyuan Tea and Zen Culture Experience Garden is surrounded by stretching mountains, mist and fresh air, with an average temperature of 17℃ of the whole year. The Statue of Lu Yu (sage of tea) and graceful footpaths in the garden bring about joyful experience for tourists. Located in Sanfangping village of Yuyangguan town in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, the Qinglinggang Ecological Tea Garden features its beautiful eco-environment at an altitude of 500-800 meters since it stands with the National AAAA Scenic Area—Chaibuxi Grand Canyon and Houhe Primary Forest.
