　　When qualified applicants submit their applications, they’re guaranteed to be accepted within 2 working days and reviewed within 4 working days, which means it will take 6 working days to transact the “notice of work permit for foreigners”; the decision will be made within 4 working days after applicants enter the country and submit a "foreigner work permit" application request. On condition that the A-type expert application materials are complete, the whole process of issuing “notice of work permit for foreigners” and "foreigner work permit" can be reduced to only 10 working days from previously15 working days.

　　If the overseas high-end talents in free trade area are equipped with a cover letter from their applied company, they can enjoy the ”acceptance transaction” service when handling new “notice of work permit for foreigners” and "foreigner work permit" as well as when "foreigner work permit" application is postponed.
