A charity donation signing ceremony was held at Yichang Meinian One Health Medical Examination Center (MEC) on October 11th. The center and Yichang Charity Federation have cofounded Meinian Charity Fund and jointly issued 20 thousand medical cards. With each card sold, 50 yuan is to be drawn to be put into the fund, and the collected one million yuan will be used specially for the health care of the needy in our city.

　　It is learned that the medical card sells for 999 yuan each, including 40 health examination items like magnetic resonance (MR), Infrared thermograph (IRT), CT and gene, with a total actual value of three thousand yuan. After the health examination, the MEC will also conduct an in-depth analysis of each customer’s health status, set personal health records and provide personalized health service.

　　Since its entry to our city this year, the MEC has launched such charitable activities as the helping-the-disabled act themed Boundless love begins with action and health examination for teachers on Teachers’ Day.
