I have never imagined it to be so fast.” On September 30, Guo Feiyu, the director of Hubei Keyou Trade Co., Ltd., praised the new registration system with his newly-obtained business license in his hands.

　　The Keyou Trade is a company engaged in metals trading and daily provisions sales. On September 29, a client of Keyou contacted the staff of the Yichang Free Trade Area through the QQ group after the company has done the preliminary examination on name, hoping that they can receive the business license before October. Under the circumstances, the staff of the FTA provided business guidance for the company, helping them make online applications and updating the registration information, so they were able to obtain their business license within a very short period of time.

The applicants can submit their application materials anytime and anywhere through the network rather than the service window. It greatly saves time and cost, and avoids the burden of queuing up and walking a long distance to and fro. ” Said Jiang Gui, the vice minister of High-tech Zone Sub-bureau of the Yichang Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration.

　　It is learned that applicants only need to search "Yichang Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration" on the Internet, and enter "Hubei Enterprises Registration Electronic Service Platform" in the service module. After submitting the application materials online, they can finish the business license application free of charge. This business registration can be completed without any cost.

　　The Hubei Enterprises Registration Electronic Service Platform has greatly reduced the work load of both applicants and the staff of the Yichang FTA, with its working days being shortened from twenty days to two days. In short, it has effectively reduced the amount of reception, and enhanced service effectiveness and mass satisfaction.
