On October 10, the Provincial Tourism Commission announced the "good and bad list" of the provincial A-class scenic spot. The Three Gorges Dam and the Three Gorges Tribe are on the good list, and no scenic spot is on the bad list.
In 2016 and 2017, the Provincial Tourism Commission has carried out comprehensive examination of the provincial scenic spots in a row, and the Three Gorges Dam and the Three Gorges Tribe and other A-class scenic spots ranked in the front of the good list. In the past National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, the traffic, the travel order, service management, tourist satisfaction degree of these scenic area were in the high level, which topped on the red list of the 2017 provincial A-class tourist scenic spots.
There are 15 scenic spots on the good list while 16 on the bad list. These bad ones with problems in service facilities, hygienic condition, toilets, etc., will be disqualified, and warned to make rectifications within a prescribed time limit.
The Provincial Tourism Commission said it would publish red and black list of A-class scenic spots once a year and it would break the "lifetime system" of A scenic spot, and improve the quality of A-class scenic spot through the dynamic regulation. (Reporter Wang Ying)
