On October 10, the exhibition tour with the theme of Jointly Go forward and Grasp New opportunities was unveiled in the Wanda Plaza of Yichang to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to the motherland. Feng Haoxian, director of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Wuhan, and Zhou Zhengying, deputy mayor of Yichang, attended the ceremony. With pictures and words, the exhibition introduced Hong Kong’s outlook, development and blueprint for its future in 10 respects, including One Country, Two Systems, Current Situation, Grasping New Opportunities, Expanding Commerce and Trade, Innovation, Experiences and so on. Feng Haoxian said, Hong Kong has maintained prosperity and stability during the twenty years since its return due to the full support from the Central Government and citizens of Yichang are expected to know more about Hong Kong’s great achievements in economy, trade and culture through the tour.

　　Zhou Zhengying said, with the increase of economic and trade cooperation between Hong Kong and Yichang in these years, Hong Kong has acted as the important platform of Yichang’s attracting investment and also the major channel for the city’s opening up. The exhibition tour will play a significant role in strengthening Yichang people’s understanding of Hong Kong and enhancing the trade and cultural exchanges to promote economic development and social prosperity of the two cities. She added, with the exhibition as a new start, Yichang and Hong Kong are expected to carry out more effective cooperation in more areas at higher levels.
