It’s informed on October 15th that export enterprises can get their rebated money on the same day of declaration at the best in Yichang FTA since full electronization has been realized in the export rebates process. By far, 41 export enterprises have successfully dealt with 17.925 million yuan of export rebates with an increase of 20% if compared with that of the same period last year.

　　After the establishment of FTA, to realize electronization of the export rebates process, Yichang State Taxation Bureau has conducted information interaction and system docking with customs and the People’s Bank of China to initiate the joints of key business in the export rebates.

　　Thanks to the information sharing mechanism in fully electronized export rebates, the transaction cycle has shortened from more than 20 hours to just a few hours through a series of automated declaration, electronic examination and approval, real-time export rebates, tax exemption and tax change. Now, the only thing tax payers need to do is to submit information on the Internet, and then Treasury will approach it on the very day. It is also on the same day that banks transfer the money into accounts of enterprises.

　　It is introduced that electronic management regarding export rebates helps to alleviate enterprises burdens, accelerate the speed of tax exemption and export rebates, and reduce tax-paying cost of the tax payers. To make sure the tax payers declare on the Internet exactly, FTA has conducted intensive teaching among 40 export enterprises with 100% covering of the enterprises who are involved with export rebates.

　　“In the past, we had to go on round trips to Yichang State Taxation Bureau for several times with paper materials every month. But now all of these can be achieved at office.” HXF SAW CO., LTD successfully dealt with export rebates business in May. Zhang Wei, financial executive of the company, said that electronic process of export rebates has not only saved the cost of time and human resources, but has also attained acceleration concerning examination and approval of export rebates, which saves money and time.

　　The average export sales of Zhongnan Equipment CO., LTD stand at more than 20 million per month. In the previous years, it took several days to submit materials and someone was even in charge of information organization as the number of paper materials concerning export invoice sent to the tax authority by the company could reach as many as several hundred pages. From April to September this year, the total export rebates amounted to 6.0582 million yuan, and the newly increased fixed assets resulting from capital backflow was more than 5 million, which meant more market development funds.

　　Full electronization of export rebates urged taxpayers to use internet frequently instead of tiresome physical errands, which has benefited enterprises a lot in speed accelerating and burden lifting. It is said that Yichang State Taxation Bureau will strengthen the follow-up management.
