On the afternoon of 12th in October, the acting customer broker authorized by Xinfa Group finished the first try of “delivering goods in batches and making centralized customs declaration” in 85 seconds, which can be seen as another move for Yichang to use the successful experience of FTZs. Eighty tons of sodium hex metaphosphate, valued 92 thousand dollars, will be delivered into Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center (B type) in three batches.

　　After an argument on the internal risk prevention and the operation procedure, Yichang Customs permits some trusted enterprises with massive volume to take a model of “delivering goods in batches and making centralized customs declaration” as some of them export goods frequently, have a great volume to declare and a strong timeliness. Eligible enterprises can declare things to the customs in one go within a required time and there is no need to declare one time after another. This model provides entrepreneurs with less cost and greater efficiency in logistics. Taking Xingfa Group as an example, this group now has only 10 monthly declarations instead of more than 50 in the past since the implementation of the new model.

　　Apart from this new model, Yichang Customs also put forward another six innovate regulations in Yichang Three Gorges Bonded Logistics Center in three batches(B type), including “declaration after leaving”, “declaration, inspection and discharge in one go”, “integration within the district”, “clients coordinator ”, “management reform of source area” as well as “corporate credit information disclosure system”.
