Recently, Junus Japardi, a cooperationrepresentative fromIndonesia’s Pertamina, has flew to Yichang to visit Weite Electronicsand has placed a cooperation order for more than 20 crane safety protection devices. At the same time, thetwo sides have formulated in-depth cooperation plans.
In response to the One Belt, One Road Initiative, Weite Electronics began its contact with Pertaminain 2014, and acquired a trial cooperation opportunity in 2015. Owing to the monsoon climate, Pertamina’s offshore platforms operate under quite different conditions from those in China. The engineers from Weite Electronics had to conduct continuous technical tracking and improvementin the trial period, and eventually gained the recognition of their client. Then the two sides started their formal cooperation.
This time Mr. Japardi has got to know more about Weite Electronics through the visit, and both sides have agreed on further cooperation. To be specific, a technical training and crane safety testing service center is to be set up in Jakarta so as to provide better services for cranes in Indonesia. (Correspondent: Gao Tian)
