College student’s incubation base of Yiling district officially opened on October 31st.

　　The construction of this base started at the end of 2015. It is the first government-led and social-participated entrepreneurial service platform in Yiling district with a total investment of more than 2 million yuan and a building area of 2300 square meters. The base isequipped with five functional service areas:entrepreneurial office, entrepreneurial training,business negotiation, leisure and recreation, and live photography. Now, 33 college students’ start-ups havesettled in it and there are still 15 entrepreneurial projects which are preparing for admission. In the incubation base, college entrepreneurswho meet the relevant policies can be given some privilegedpolicies such as entrepreneurialsubsidies, social insurance subsidies and entrepreneurialsecured loans, etc.

　　In recent years, Yiling district has been attaching importance tothe policy of "To promote employment by entrepreneurship”, and positively guiding the policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", thus greatly stimulating the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship. So far, 3 incubation bases have beenestablished, with a total of 145 enterprises settled, supporting more than 2,800 entrepreneurs and providing about 4,600 jobs. Besides, the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship has reached over 70％, and the industries involve some areas including agricultural special products development and sales, cultivation and transporting of talents and network media, etc.(Correspondent: Wang Xuejiao)
