On Nov.9th, the reporter learned from Yichang Development and Reform Commission that Yidu Industrial Park and Wujiagang Industrial Park had been successfully selected as the provincial demonstration pilots of circular transformation in recent days, after the preliminary review publicity of Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

　　According to the 13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction issued by the State Council, our province would promote 50% of the provincial parks to carry out circular transformation by 2020.

　　After Xiaoting Industrial Park, which had passed the national final inspection and acceptance, together with Yaojiagang Chemical Industrial Park in Zhijiang, successfully incorporated into the key supporting park of national circular transformation, Yidu Industrial Park and Wujiagang Industrial Park seriously formulated the park’s circular transformation implementation plan, and applied for the provincial demonstration pilot of circular transformation. After experts’evaluation, publicity and approval of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Yidu Industrial Park and Wujiagang Industrial Park have been selected as a part of the 9 provincial industrial park’s circular transformation.

　　According to the implementation plan, Yidu and Wujiagang Industrial parks will firmly advance their parks’work of circular transformation, and carry out a series of key supporting projects, such as industrial restructuring and upgrading, comprehensive utilization of waste, environmental protection and the park’s infrastructure, and strive to forge a demonstration zone of circular transformation with high efficient utilization of resources, beautiful clean environment and circular industrial link.
