On the morning of November 16th, the 3rd Chushang Conference with the theme of "Return of Chushang, Co-construction of Fulcrums" opened at the Wuhan East Lake International Convention Center. Yichang signed 3 Chushang projects on the spot, including the Huidianguangdian new smart device manufacturing project, with a total investment of 2600 million Yuan. What’s more, Hubei Sanning Chemi-Industry Co., Ltd Chairman Li Wanqing and Shanghai JuneYao Group President Wang Junhao were awarded provincial outstanding Chushang representatives. In addition, 19 companies including DaoHuaXiang Group and Sanning Chemi-Industry Companies topped the list of top 100 private enterprises in the whole province.
Zhang Jiasheng, deputy secretary and mayor of Yichang, headed the Yichang delegation to attend this conference. After the opening ceremony, Zhang held the special investment promoting meeting for negotiating with Wang Junjin, Chairman of Shanghai JuneYao Group, Zhang Runbin, Chairman of Shanghai Zhisheng Group, and other well-known entrepreneurs as well as some Chushang representatives to seek common development plan.
Zhang Jiasheng thanked the Hubei businessmen for their outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of Yichang. He said that as a sub-center city in the province, Yichang insisted on the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, grasped the superposition opportunities brought by "the Belt and Road" initiative, Yangtze River Economic Belt, Yichang Area of Hubei Free Trade Zone and National Pilot Cities of Industrial and Financial Cooperation, and Yichang was speeding up to build itself into a regional central city in the whole country and a famous hydropower tourism city in the world. In the new historical starting point, Yichang has an urgent need for industrial support, project support and technical support so as to vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and accelerate the conversion of new and old kinetic energy.
Zhang Jiasheng said that Yichang would always adhere to taking enterprise demand as work requirement and focus on creating a government and business environment of "lowest cost, highest efficiency, best service" in order to effectively make investors profitable, promote investors’ developments and help investors succeed. He hoped that the vast businessmen of Chushang could continue to think of the hometown and support Yichang, constantly introduce advanced technologies and important projects, and share development opportunities, so as to achieve mutual benefit, thus making contributions to boosting green development and accelerating transformation and leapfrog development.
