“One-time acceptance spares us many trips for various departments. Now it is much easier to get things done with the window staff doing physical errands for us.” Yi Chunyu, a worker of Yihua Real Estate Co., Ltd said excitedly. On November 27th, in order to simplify project acceptance procedures, the Administrative Services Bureau of the Administrative Committee in Yichang FTA organized departments like Planning, Fire, Parks, Housing and Urban-Rural Development to conduct “Multiple-Acceptance-in-One” field visits for Yichang Chanson Paris Project in accordance with uniform time, centralized organization and one-time acceptance.

　　It is the first time for Yichang FTA to initiate “Multiply-Acceptance in One” in Yichang. When the construction units have finished all the construction projects with qualified acceptance conditions, they can submit applications for “Multiple-Acceptance-in-One” of the construction project to the relevant window of the Government Service Center in Yichang FTA. There they will be informed for one time of the qualified conditions, acceptance procedures and other relevant preparations for the joint completion acceptance and also the “Multiple-Acceptance-in-One” bills of materials for the construction project will be sent out to them. The construction units then act accordingly. At last, the “Multiple-Acceptance-in-One” window takes the lead to confirm the joint acceptance time and completion acceptance items with the construction units followed by overall supervisions and follow-up superintendence.
