On December 2th, Tsinghua University and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences witnessed respectively a scheduled promotion activity---Hubei Province’s Recruiting Talents in Beijing and "I choose Hubei". Liu Weiling, the member of the standing committee and vice mayor, led the talents-recruiting team of the Yichang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to participate in the activity in Beijing.

　　During the activity, Liu Weiling went in succession to the exhibition stands of CSIC No.710 Research Institute, Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., China Three Gorges University and other units which participated in this recruiting activity to know current situation, and guide the staffs of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to carry out promotion activity and give her support. She also communicated with the students who came to consult and expressed Yichang’s sincerity of respecting, loving, cherishing and employing talents.

　　The units of Yichang that participated in the promotion activity have offered 211 posts, reached intended agreements with 73 people including 15 doctors and 58 masters, and the turnover rate was 34.6%. Among them, three units participating in the on-site recruiting activity have offered 184 posts and reached intended agreement with 59 people. As for the pay, the annual salary of the research and development post provided by CSIC No.710 Research Institute varied from100, 000 yuan to 240,000 yuan; the staring annual salary of the research position offered by Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Industry was 150,000 yuan. Angel and other six units, which participated in the promotion activity of practice training, offered 27 posts and reached internship and practical training agreement with 14 people.
