On December 4th, the reporter learned thatthefeasibility study report and regulatory plan about the construction project of Yichangcomprehensive bonded zonehavesuccessfully passedthe expert review, which marks that Yichang comprehensive bonded area will begin its construction soon.

　　Yichangcomprehensive bonded zone is an important part of theYichang Section of Hubei Free Trade Zone, integrating the functions of bonded zone, export processing zone, bonded logistics area and port.After its completion, it will be the special opening area with highest-level openness, the most preferential policies,the most completefunctionsand the simplestprocedure. It will also become an important platform for implementing thesimplified tradeprocedure in the free trade zone.
