(Journalist Wang Ying Correspondent Luo Mengyun) The starting ceremony of the Yichang direct line to Shennongjia International Ski Resort was held at the Three Gorges Tourist Center on Dec.9. More than 1,500 tourists from Hubei Province came to Shennongjia International Ski Resort, 2,300 meters high above sea level, by this direct line and they were the earliest tourists to experience skiing in the province this year. It is said that citizens in Yichagn can take this direct line, which was opened by Yichang Transportation Tourism, to the ski resort every day since Dec.10.

　　The best experience period of skiing is from Dec.10 to Mar.10 of next year, and the peak season of skiing is from late January to the 15th day of the first lunar month every year. As the best one of skiing resorts in central China, Shennongjia International Ski Resort can currently receive 10,000 tourists per day and accommodate 3,000 visitors to ski at the same time.

　　The skiing direct line opened by Yichang Transportation Tourism is available every day. It starts at 12 am from Junyao Square, then stops at Three Gorges Tourist Center and Yichang East Railway Station at 12:30 and 1 pm respectively to pick up tourists and arrives at Shennongjia International Ski Resort in the afternoon.
