On December 13th, the reporter learned from the Yichang Health Conference that Yichang government will carry out comprehensive health services, including the integration of medical and public health resources, the construction of 100 "health huts" and the establishment of a self-management group of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, so as to forge a health education and experience demonstration base as well as a health management system covering all citizens.

　　At the same time, the government will speed up interconnection of health information platforms at city and county levels, information sharing and the integration of the whole city’s medical service information to realize mutual recognition, resource sharing among medical institutions and reduce the waste of medical resources.

　　The health care big data application system of the city should be applied comprehensively to establish full life electronic health file for individuals and carry out health service management for the whole population in their entire life cycle. The internet, big data, mobile technology and other measures should be made full use of to explore multi-channel appointment and realize one card application of the citizen card (health card).
