Second-Hand Housing Registration Taking Only Half an Hour
2018-01-02 14:26:39

On December 18, reporters learned from the Municipal Land and Resources Bureau that the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center, the Municipal Housing Transaction and Property Management Department broke the institutional mechanism boundaries and created a "one-window" acceptance platform for real estate registration and housing transactions. The move pioneered all the provincial and municipal states.

Since the real estate registration set in Yichang, the problem of many links, complicated procedures and other issues existing in the second-hand housing transactions and mortgage procedures was reflected by the masses due to the separated functions of housing transactions and real estate registration. Municipal Land Resources Bureau attached great importance to this issue and took positive actions, thus under the guidance of the City Wisdom Office, the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center, the Municipal Housing Transactions and Property Management Department actively promoted the construction of "one-window" comprehensive reception platform, which officially ran on December 11.

The construction of this platform has broken through the bottleneck which restricted the registration speeding up and realized a brand new service mode of "one-time numbers taking, one-window application, a set of materials, one process running, a time-bound handling and express delivery together". For the acceptance of second-hand housing registration checking in, only one-window, a set of materials submission, an inquiry making and half an hour are needed. Optimizing the certificates handling procedures and enhancing the certificates handling efficiency were realized by merging audit process, paralleling certificates handling time limit, simultaneously completing the transaction record and the platform acceptance and streamlining audit departments from the original three into one registration department.
