Ltd. and China Three Gorges University, won the third prize of Hubei Progress Award for Science and Technology. And it is now in the publicity.
Targeting at the changing characteristics in the process of polysilicon production, especially restoring the function relationship between load and time, temperature, medium and other parameters, this project adopted a method of synchronous automatic control of the feed and power supply in polysilicon production. On the basis of the relationship of dynamic management materials and current trend, it is effectively achieving the match of the energy supply in the polysilicon reduction furnace and the mole of the reactants, and enhancing the intrinsic quality of polysilicon from the solar level three to electronic level two. Besides, the production of the single furnace has also increased from 3.85 tons to 8.92 tons, while the controllable repetition of polysilicon production has reached 97.6%. It has gained three patents of invention and two patents of utility models.
