It was learned from reporters on Dec.22 that Ministry of Science and Technology announced the record list of second batch of annual “National Xingchuangtiandi” enterprises in 2017. Three enterprises, “Ganchangchuangye E-home” created by Yichang Immigrant Youth Innovation Park, Xiaoxihong Zuisanxia created by Yichang Xiaoxihong Agricultural science and technology development co. LTD and Baguohuizhi created by Changyang Baguohuizhi Innovation Park, were selected.

　　It is known that Xingchuangtiandi, launched in 2016 to create an entrepreneurial space for rural area, is intended to gather the innovation resources and entrepreneurial elements by making use of offline incubation carrier and online network platform, through marketization mechanism, specialized service and capitalized operation. What’s more, it is conducive to promote the low cost, specialization, facilitation and informatization of rural innovation and entrepreneurship. National-level “Xingchuangtiandi” enterprises will enjoy the corresponding preferential policies stipulated by the state.
